Order Cancellation Policy

At D Norton & Son, we understand that circumstances can change. This Order Cancellation Policy provides clear guidance on how cancellations work, timelines, eligibility, and how refunds are processed. This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders are eligible for cancellation only if they have not yet been despatched.
  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, without giving any reason.
  • Orders that have already been despatched must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation Timeframe

  • For the fastest resolution, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
  • Requests received after an order has been despatched cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our returns process.

3. How to Cancel an Order

Contact our support team as soon as possible with the following details:

  • The product(s) you wish to cancel
  • The reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

We will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation and provide next steps.

If you wish to cancel only specific items from a multi-item order, please contact us with the relevant details. Partial cancellations are subject to the same eligibility criteria and will be refunded separately for the cancelled items.

7. Order Modifications

Changes to delivery address, quantity, or product options can be requested within the cancellation window, before your order is processed for despatch. Once processing has begun, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

8. Cancellations Due to Fraud or Security Concerns

D Norton & Son reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity or policy violations. Customers will be notified accordingly.
