We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. There are no hidden delivery fees.

What if my tracking information hasn’t updated?
If your tracking details have not updated within 48 hours of despatch, please contact our support team. We will investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@nortonironmonger.co.uk or call us on +44 1572 823326. Orders already despatched will need to follow our returns process.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please notify us within 30 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
