Return & Refund Policy

At D Norton & Son, your satisfaction is our priority. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Your Right to Return
You have the right to return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. This applies whether the item is faulty, not as described, or if you have simply changed your mind.
2. How to Start a Return
All returns are handled by post. To initiate a return, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Our team will respond promptly with return instructions.
3. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and undamaged
- Returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
Items showing signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
4. Return Postage
For faulty or incorrectly supplied items, we will cover the cost of return postage. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
5. No Restocking Fees
D Norton & Son does not charge restocking fees. There are no hidden costs associated with returns.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- All refunds are issued in GBP (£).
7. Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange for another item of equal value, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all associated postage costs.
9. Order Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible. Orders already dispatched must follow the standard return process.
